Devlog - Hex-Globe - The Americas
Greetings!
Just sharing the progress of the Hex-Globe so far.
North America, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean are tiled.
The world looks like a bit of a mess right now, but I am excited to get the rest of the world in there as well.
Doing this has me making some harsh calls on what will be included in certain countries.
For example:
What do I do with Bermuda?
Bermuda is a self-governing British Territory, but it feels weird to tack it onto the United Kingdom.
Instead, all of the loose islands off of North America, South America, and Central America (within reason) will be considered part of "The Caribbean" and not regarded as individual countries. (Sorry to Cuba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and all the often-forgotten nations of the Caribbean. When the world is divided into equal sections, the details get a bit lost.)
