Dev Diary 22 - Loans
Like many simulation games, you are able to take out loans. I think unlike other games, you can take out quite a lot of them.

I also decided to make the loans work a bit different than expected. Loans can be taken out indefinitely and do not increase in value over time. Instead, you are billed interest every day. This so that when you do pay back the loan, it is just the initial amount.
Make sure you are looking at the daily payment amount. Some loans, while they have the same payout, have different interest rates. They might seem like small differences, but $3,000 every day is over $1,000,000 a year.
Pretty simple, but I imagine in the early game, you will need quite a few loans to get things going.
